The staff were very cute and helpful . I also liked the central location. It made sightseeing easy. The room offered ample space, a plus after a long day.
There was no desk in my room. I needed it for my laptop, so this was a minor inconvenience.

The location is excellent. Saint Mark's Square is only a short walk away. The staff were helpful with directions. The bakery next door offers a discount. It was a nice perk (i liked it).
My room was somewhat dark during the day. There were no outlets by the bed. Charging my phone overnight was inconvenient. The bathroom was small. The provided towels were minimal.

the staff was patient with directions, and i really appreciated that. the cleaning crew did a great job, and i found the bakery to be a convenient stop each morning. i also liked how close we were to most of the places we wanted to see.
the bathroom was a bit small. towels were minimal.
